B.Tech./M.Sc./M.Tech./MBA with 1-3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing in high technology products. If the experience is in the domain of Medical Devices, Healthcare Industry, Pharma business, that will carry extra weight. The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills, and should be willing to travel extensively on the job. The candidate should be proficient in using online platforms and tools for sales and marketing.

• Interact with diverse set of customers including doctors, hospital management staff, NGOs, home diagnostics sector, to initiate and conclude sale deals.
• Monitor market trends, analyse consumer behaviours and activities to identify new opportunities.
• Field visits for deployment of product, training of customers, and to collect feedback from customers
• Develop sales and marketing strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision.
• Prepare and manage sales and marketing plans for the products, services, and conduct promotional events.
• Ensure continued customer service and satisfaction and prepare comprehensive status reports with statistics concerning current sales, future projections, customer feedback and survey.
• Improve upon existing sales and marketing strategies
• Prepare professional material, both physical (such as pamphlets and flyers) and online (such as blogs and videos) to promote sales and marketing.
