• B.E/BTech/M.E./MTech with preferably 5 years of work experience
• Expertise in mixed mode signal system design and embedded platforms
• Sound knowledge and Hands-on experience in designing systems with Microcontrollers, ADC, DAC, OpAmps etc.
• Hands-on experience in microcontroller programming (work experience with PIC microcontroller family is required); Sound knowledge in C and C++
• Hands-on experience in PCB design, tape out, testing and trouble shooting (experience with Altium software is required), Should be capable of doing surface mount soldering
• Sound knowledge in design of state machines for electronic systems and control systems
• Ability to transform conceptual designs into real time working circuits, Sound knowledge of reading schematics and datasheets
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, leadership ability to build teams

• Take the complete ownership of product, interact with vendors to plan part details and BOM, coordinate with PCB vendors and others and respond to product issues faced by customers in the field
• Ability to meet the goals on time and at the same time staying within the budget of the project
• Ability to understand product quality, safety, regulatory protocols and other standards and transform them into design specifications and product validation
• To work with right mindset with different teams within the organisation.
• Willingness to understand the new concepts and adapt them in system design
• Capability to evaluate product offerings from competitors in the market and plan for new versions of product portfolio to establish market leadership
